Terms of Service

Payment Authorization: When a Buyer requests an inspection through the app, a temporary authorization hold will be placed on the Buyer's credit or debit card for the total estimated service amount.

Final Charges: The Buyer will be charged the full amount shown for the inspection in the app upon completion of the inspection or subject to the cancellation and access policies outlined below.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, and you agree to their terms of service as well.

Standard Cancellation: If a Buyer cancels an inspection twenty-four (24) hours or more before the scheduled inspection time, a flat $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

Late Cancellation: If a Buyer cancels an inspection one (1) hour or less before the scheduled inspection time, the Buyer will be charged the full rate quoted in the app by the Inspector.

Inability to Access (No-Show): If the Inspector arrives at the inspection location and is unable to access the unit/vehicle for any reason, the Buyer will be charged 50% of the Inspector's quoted fee.

Buyer Duty to Coordinate Access: The Buyer is solely responsible for coordinating with the vehicle owner, seller, dealership, or custodian (the "Seller") to ensure that the Inspector is granted prompt and full access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and location. If an Inspector is denied access, turned away, or cannot locate the vehicle due to a lack of cooperation from the Seller or inaccurate information provided by the Buyer, it will be treated as a No-Show, and the Buyer will be charged 50% of the Inspector's quoted fee. Trusted Fleet Advisors assumes no responsibility for mediating access disputes between the Buyer and the Seller.

Independent Contractors: Inspectors are independent third-party contractors, not employees of Trusted Fleet Advisors. Trusted Fleet Advisors is not liable for the actions, omissions, or accuracy of the work performed by independent Inspectors.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trusted Fleet Advisors' liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific inspection giving rise to the claim.

LIMITATION OF INSPECTION SCOPE AND WARRANTY WAIVER

BY ORDERING AN INSPECTION, BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE INSPECTION IS EXCLUSIVELY A VISUAL, NON-INVASIVE, SNAPSHOT-IN-TIME EVALUATION OF THE VEHICLE'S CONDITION AS IT EXISTS AT THE EXACT MOMENT OF THE INSPECTION. THE INSPECTOR WILL NOT DISASSEMBLE COMPONENTS, UTILIZE SPECIALIZED LAB EQUIPMENT, OR PREDICT FUTURE MECHANICAL FAILURES.

"AS-IS" REPORTS

THE SERVICES AND REPORTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TRUSTED FLEET ADVISORS EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TRUSTED FLEET ADVISORS DOES NOT WARRANT AND GUARANTEES THAT THE INSPECTION WILL REVEAL EVERY DEFECT, HIDDEN DAMAGE, OR PRIOR ACCIDENT. THE INSPECTION REPORT IS AN OPINION ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A WARRANTY, INSURANCE POLICY, OR EXTENDED SERVICE CONTRACT.

Ownership and Intellectual Property of Reports: All inspection reports, data, digital media, photographs, and written content generated by the Inspector or provided through the platform (collectively, the "Report Content") are the exclusive intellectual property of Trusted Fleet Advisors. Upon full payment of the inspection fee, Trusted Fleet Advisors grants the Buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Report Content solely for their personal, non-commercial evaluation of the vehicle.

Restrictions: The Buyer shall not resell, publish, publicly distribute, or create derivative works from the Report Content without express written consent. Trusted Fleet Advisors retains the right to use, anonymize, and aggregate data collected during inspections for any commercial purpose.

Governing Law: These Terms, and any claim, controversy, or dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.

Agreement to Arbitrate: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the breach thereof, or the use of the platform shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

Venue: The seat and place of arbitration shall be Manatee County, Florida. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Both parties hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such forum and waive any objection based on an inconvenient forum (forum non conveniens) or lack of personal jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted in your individual capacity only and not as a class action or other representative action.
